But I find that many of my responses to online articles are deleted, or not posted in the first place by their 'moderators.' So I will attempt to post my comments here just in case the enemies I'm addressing decide I don't have the same 'freedom of speech' they lay claim to.

Regulators: Is blogging lobbying?

When will we stop tolerating garbage like this?

The First Amendment says nothing about having to be issued a press pass from a multinational corporation or the local commie rag in order to have freedom of speech.

Anytime some evil creature in the guise of an elected, hired or appointed public servant suggests such evil as this it should immediately be arrested, tried for treason and executed for violating its oath of office. Or we could save tax dollars and just do what the smart peasants used to do, show up at its office with enough pitch forks, torches and rope to do what should be done.

Take away my First Amendment and I will fall back on the Second.

I found the creature's (koolmoose) earlier statement about how crazy the founders would have been to allow for rebellion against them very telling. What the creature posting here and all modern authoritarians share is an immense arrogance. It revealed its arrogance with that statement and the fact that it and its cohorts in evil plan to disarm all of us so we can’t fight back. All the rest is semantics, in or out of the SCOTUS or any other court.

We are at war. Wake up to that fact. We have been at war for generations, some claim back to the very founding of the Republic. In the next prez. term assuming the Marxist mutt is allowed to take office with a dominant demoncrat congress, we may well face the ultimate test of how much we love our Liberty and if we are willing to kill to preserve it.

One point, maybe, on Sumter: It doesn't matter who fires first. We are such a tiny minority the newswhores will present us as 'terrorists' no matter how 'justified' we feel we are in fighting back. The Branch Davidians were murdered in their homes but it was OK because, of well, most know all the non PC crap they were accused of.

Fort Sumter was on Southern land, property. After the state seceded the Federal Govt. had no right to maintain a fortress or any other military site there. Lincoln knew if he sent ships to supply/reinforce the fort the S.C. military would have no choice but to fire upon it. The tyrant who killed 600,000 young men and countless civilians so he could keep taxing the southern states set them up.

They'll set us up as well, in a thousand different ways. Every time some guy with a closet full of guns, ammo, food, camping gear is taken out by the black-suited Nazis the newswhores will coo over it and the sheeple will breathe a sigh of relief.

Our backs are already against the wall. That is the sad truth. The only choice left to us, unless a lot of ‘mainstream’ conservatives, republicrats, NRA rich guys, dittoheads, etc. pull their heads out of their asses and come to fully understand this situation and develop the resolve to deal with it, is whether to go out with dignity or while sucking whatever they stick in our face.
