WNB January 2011

It’s time to hold the line, and advance
Barry Bright
Jan. 13, 2011

For the last three days I’ve gotten up in the morning, since I was laid off from my recent temp job, and read and listened to various opinionations about what happened last Saturday.

There’s probably more out there by now than one could cover in half a lifetime. So I make no pretense of being aware of every little thing that happened in Tucson or why.

It’s bad that a 9-year-old girl was killed. She might have grown up to be a stalwart Patriot and spent her life fighting for Liberty. Odds are she wouldn’t have.

It’s bad that in the early 90s our government murdered 17 children, a total of around 80 people, in what was basically a live-in church near Waco, Texas. It’s bad that our G.I.s killed around 25,000 civilians, refugees, in one city, during WWII.

It’s bad, I suppose, at least for propaganda purposes, that a moderately attractive gregarious ‘blue-dog’ democrat congresswoman who I’m told voted for commie care was gravely injured and may yet live to re-take her seat and may or may not make statements in the future that are profitable to one propaganda campaign or another.

But there’s only one question that she could answer that would really matter to me: "If you voted for commie care, what are you willing to see done to me for refusing to obey it?"

In the last three days I don’t remember so much hand wringing and propagandizing from both sides since 9/11. I don’t remember seeing a mighty army, still forming, that may yet simply surrender and go home, as I saw in the mid 90s after the Federal Building in OK, City was attacked from forces within.

Our Liberty is no less important, our war no less crucial, than it was last Friday or in 1995.

After all the hand-wringing and back-patting and candle burning is done most of the sheeple will go back to their daily existences. Over time the magnetic backed sticky flags and ribbons will fall off the cars in traffic as gas prices go up. And the rest of us can count on the fact that there will more events, more bombings, more shootings, more ‘crises’ that our domestic enemies can use to dull our minds and our will via an outpouring of mindless emotion.

That is the planet we live(or exist, or subsist) on, regardless of the real reasons why.

That is human nature, our real enemy.

Three weeks or so ago I got a letter from Mitch McConnell in which he told me the following:

“Please know that, since coming to the Unites States Senate in 1985, I have fought to protect the right of law-abiding citizens to keep and bear arms, as recognized and secured by the Second Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. The solution to gun violence does not lie in the persecution and harassment of law-abiding gun owners and sportsmen, but rather in the effective prosecution of criminals.

“Furthermore, I believe that we must ensure that ATF agents have the leadership that they need to combat trafficking in illegal goods and explosives. At the same time, ATF has a responsibility to protect the rights of law-abiding citizens, including those who lawfully buy or sell firearms.”

Mitch still just doesn’t get the big picture does he? Well join the crowd Mitch. Oh sorry, much of the crowd blindly follows you and your kind. But that does seem to be changing.

How many now understand that our enemies have not changed? The propaganda of recent days proves this, as they have resorted to the same old tired techniques, beating their heads against the walls of ‘racism,’ extremism, well, those reading this are familiar with most of the ‘isms’ by now, someone else’s definition of insanity.

At best, for them, they will simply pretend to retire from the stage for a while and re-group and re-formulate their lies.

At best for us, those who claim to value Liberty, McConnell and the other republicrats and ‘blue-dog’ democrats will be informed that our enemies are still up to their old tricks and nothing less than total victory against them will suffice. That means the BATF, the IRS and several other big-government, collectivist, communist agencies must not only be de-funded but de-structured and destroyed, and made incapable of ever rising from their own ashes.

We must have a constitutional amendment to prevent communists, by whatever name they call themselves, from ever again being allowed to ‘serve’ us in whatever capacity, federal, state or local. This amendment must have real enforcement power.

It’s time to wipe away the tears and get ready to begin sweating again. It’s time to start thinking Normandy.

"Prudence, indeed, will dictate that governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shown that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such government, and to provide new guards for their future security." -
The Unanimous Declaration of the Thirteen United States of America,
Adopted by Congress on July 4, 1776
(To the Founders, 'state' meant independent sovereign nation state,
that was voluntarily entering into the union and could theoretically un-volunteer later.)

It's time to bring back the old saying: "Better dead than red."
Only we need to apply it to Amerika's reds.

Watch to see what we should be teaching kids
to do to "Liberals" so they'll actually
have a future in a free country:

“No small shot gun, during my residence of seven years of war in America, was ever kept in the house of a backwoodsman. You will often see a boy not over ten years of age driving the cattle home, but not without a rifle on his shoulder; they never stir out on any business, or on a journey without their rifles. Practice from their infancy, teaches them all distances…

“I never in my life saw better rifles (or men who shot better) than those made in America. They are chiefly made in Lancaster, and two or three neighboring towns in that vicinity in Pennsylvania. The barrels weigh about six pounds two or three ounces and carry a ball no larger than thirty-six to the pound; at least I never saw one of a larger caliber, and I have seen many hundreds and hundreds.” - Colonel George Hanger, captain of a Hessian Jager corps of the American Revolution, as quoted in Muzzleloader Magazine's 'The Book of Buckskinning.'

Our civilization has been taken from mindless aggression to mindless pacifism. The latter is the most dangerous by far. We must put knowledge of our most basic right, that of self-defense, back into the hands and minds of the young, or they are doomed to be mindless pacified slaves, and most importantly 'victims' who can be used as pawns by those who seek to maintain their power over us all.

"Children should be educated and instructed in the principles of freedom." - John Adams, Defense of the Constitutions, 1787

"To preserve liberty, it is essential that the whole body of the people always possess arms and be taught alike, especially when young, how to use them." - Richard Henry Lee (1732-1794) Founding Father

"Guard with jealous attention the public liberty. Suspect everyone who approaches that jewel. Unfortunately, nothing will preserve it but downright force. Whenever you give up that force, you are ruined... The great object is that every man be armed. Everyone who is able might have a gun." – Patrick Henry, Speech to the Virginia Ratifying Convention, June 5, 1778
